What happens now: You send us your inquiry. We will we evaluate your concerns; then provide you with a first Intervention email.

You will then develop an outline plan incorporating our suggestion in our first email. DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE ACTUAL INTERVENTION! Once you have an outline to how you are going to proceed, you will then email to us your outline.

We in turn will evaluate your outline and formulate it into a plan and return to you with a second Intervention email. This email will further address all issues you bring up concerning your intervention. At this point, you should be almost ready to perform a dry run to your Intervention. BEFORE IMPLEMENTING YOUR DRY RUN it is important to establish on-demand communication with us through chat, phone, or online forum.

We will assist you in setting this up. In addition, it is important that you have on hand contact information for additional resources if necessary. You then perform your DRY RUN. During this practice, make sure you take notes of any issues or concerns that come up. You then send us an email outlining areas of issue and concern. We then provide you with a third Intervention email. Within this third email, we will further evaluate your situation and provide you with our intervention suggestions covering all areas brought up in your email.

At this point, you should be ready to initiate your intervention. Once all the players are in place, the topics are highlighted, and safety is assured, you are encouraged to send us an outline to any issues and concerns. We strongly suggest you empathize with the person you are concerned about, put yourself in his or her shoes and think of any and all issues that may come up. You email those issues to us.

We will then evaluate further and incorporate the issues in your plan. Before you begin your intervention, it is important to note that an efficient intervention requires organization, self-assured confidence, and control. Only one person can be in charge of the intervention. All involved will have their opportunity to address their concerns, however only one person is in charge. It is that one person who communicates with MyDiscover.Org. You email to us your final plan.

Once we receive your final plan, we will then reevaluate your intervention needs. We will provide you with a fourth Intervention email, which will provide you with any areas not covered and readdress the most important issues. On this fourth email; you will be encouraged to perform your Intervention. Once the Intervention is over, you must contact us and present us with the outcome. In turn, we will further evaluate your situation, and then send you with a fifth Intervention email that will provide you with options, suggestions, and referrals.

This will conclude the Intervention. You are encouraged to participate in our online forum and share your Intervention experience.
