In order to make lasting effective change, you need efficient skills to take back the power of control lost to your addiction experience. Discover Change: Four Efficient Steps, provides you with those skills.

The Four Efficient Steps are:

First: Selection. We all select what we pay attention to in how we relate to the world. This step guides you in implementing power of control over what is distressing you.

Second: Emotional. We are all emotional beings, and yet emotion is the most confused function to the human condition. This step helps you to make sense out of your emotionality and discover how you continue to anchor yourself to addiction.

Third: Alternatives. We all have a choice. We all have the power of control to choose what we think about life, and we all have to power of control to regulate how we emotionally function in life. This step maximizes your discovered awareness into the human capabilities you were born with. It maximizes your awareness by providing you the opportunity of integration. People don’t forget. There are no magic wands passed in removing your memories of the past. What there is is integration. Alternatives provides you with the skill to integrate valuable lessons from what once was and create a healthy perspective of what is.

The last and Fourth Step is the Anchoring Process. Indeed, you are your best expert, but did you realize that what you have done up to now, you have allowed to happen? There are no victims. We all choose what to do with what we are experiencing. As your life stands, you are allowing yourself to continue to validate the thoughts of distress that trigger your emotional despair. Wallowing in despair, as filtered through your mind-set of hopelessness and helplessness, you are both fixated and blind to opportunity.

Out of ignorance, you do what you know; you continue to participate in your addiction experience. But, today is the first day for the rest of your life. You want change, you need change, and the Four Efficient Steps offer you a plan to implement change. It is all up to you.
